WISE AND INSIGHTFUL INFO WE CAN ALL USE!

If you’re past middle age, you’ve probably noticed those extra pounds creeping up on you, a sense of lethargy chaining you to your couch or easy chair, along with a host of other not-so-welcome signs of advancing age.

A fantastic book and a real life saver!

Since my divorce, now living on my own, I have got into some bad habits with food. This is due to convenience and just cooking for myself. Great Book.

This is an essential piece of literature. It is a helpful guide for knowing how to readjust one's mental calibration. Information that is beneficial to one's health and provides reinforcement of healthy behaviours. This is an instructive and useful book since it is full of advice and it has a lot of information that has been well studied.
Discovering the many advantages of stretching and dancing, including how these activities promote both mental and physical health, was the single most essential thing for me.

Change your viewpoint on what is healthy

This book demonstrates the importance of healthy eating as a lifestyle change vs. just losing weight in the short term. Metabolism slows down as we age and we have to reset our caloric intake accordingly. This book shows you how. Inspiring!
