Sometimes I feel like my brain is moving so fast with so many thoughts that it's hard to slow down and even focus on one thing. It can be very overwhelming. Great book

This is a great resource for any teenager. It can be tough being a teenager nowadays, living in a world of social media and phones.
The book gives some great strategies for dealing with anxiety, extreme emotions and how to cope in different social situations.
My teen finds it difficult to form and maintain relationships so the section on this was extremely useful

Full of helpful information

I have been searching for a book such as this to help my younger relations progress throughout their teenage years. I was pleasantly surprised at how detailed, professional and descriptive this book was.

The book takes the reader through essential concepts today for young teenagers. The author discusses how positive thinking can change our lives, how anxiety and stress can be controlled, how to build confidence and my favourite section on mindfulness.
