I like this book it is very hopeful and A good companion for seniors over 60. If they want to embrace their strength At home then they can take help from this guide. It will help them to maintain their body through listening to 100+ exercises and workouts.

The author has let us know that old people don't need to afraid of aging problems.So, all those who are finding fitness journey then you are in the right place it is a good listing in a way to regain your strength through conditioning exercises.

As someone who is already in her fifth decade of life, I know I need the information in this audiobook. The data presented is scary, shocking really but I realize this information is necessary for us to understand the importance and urgency of incorporating exercise into our largely sedimentary life.

My work requires long hours of sitting and this book reminds me of the dangers of sitting for long hours without intermittent movement. It was beautiful to see that the exercises presented in Chapter 8 are not very strenuous, indeed I found them fairly easy to execute. The book is a wake-up call but it is simultaneously very inspiring and gives me reason to hope. Thank you for pointing out that it's never too late and even small movements will make a difference.

This audiobook is a great resource for exercising and how to have long lasting energy in the connivence of your own home. I like how the author explains and talks about the different types of workouts and the purpose for each of them. It even comes with a free pdf on the exercises and workouts. Overall i enjoyed the visually appeals pictures and examples in the free pdf and the overall strength training for seniors over 60. Great resource.

A very well written book for senior citizens to maintain balance and healthy lifestyle. This book is recommended for all age groups.

I'm 61 years old and i wasn't really health conscious but this book made me to take care of my body . Therefore it motivates and strengthens me to do exercises and remain healthy.

The narration was also really satisfying and encouraging .
