I am not a newbie to fasting but I have not read about why fasting is so good for us for a long time so I wanted to read up on it.
This book does a great job of informing the listener of all the great benefits of fasting. There were even some in there I’d not heard of before such as the diseases it can help to treat.
It’s very interesting and easy to listen to. The author has done a great job of educating people on the many benefits of fasting

I’ve always believed there was great value in fasting but I never knew the related health benefits associated with fasting. I also didn’t know there were so many types of fasting that can be a part of everyday life. Based on the information I learned from this book, I’ve already determined what type of fasting I’m going to do going forward. While there is some weight-loss benefit and weight management benefits to fasting, that is not my main reason for doing it now. What I learned from this book is that regular and consistent fasting practices actually offer immense value to the health and functioning of our bodies. Through a controlled introduction, we can integrate fasting into our lives without causing ourselves any excessive amount of stress. Fasting for the right reasons is a change of lifestyle so it’s okay to start slowly until you reach the goal for the type fasting you choose to do. I really appreciate the author for putting this book together. It’s amazing how such a simple thing can result in such amazing health benefits to us including natural healing and an overall restoration of our bodies. I highly recommend this book.
