I must safely take action because I'm getting older, too stiff, and overweight. I believe I can get back in shape without injuring myself by using this chair workout. The exercises are designed to allow you to loosen up your tight muscles without putting too much strain on them. While seated, making little, regular movements with your arms and legs helps your body get used to moving once more without throwing you off balance.

It's amazing how simple the exercises are yet so effective in improving your mobility. I'm getting old so I can't do much exercise anymore without my joints aching all over. This was the perfect audiobook for me because I was able to exercise even while seating down.
