This audiobook has some great tips to keep the weight off once you lose it which is hard for most of us. Great audiobook for everyone!

I knew nothing about plant-based diets before listening to this audiobook so it was a great introduction for someone like me who is a complete newbie. The recipes are useful and easy to follow so I'll be going back and listening when I need inspiration.
