Fabulous Fat!!

This book, showing a healthy way to incorporate fat back into our lives, is fabulous. It will take you a while to change your habits but it is worth it! Healthy fat makes food taste so much better. I have dropped pounds so far and am looking forward to getting down to my healthy weight.

Definitely worth listening

This is a great cookbook with lots of Delicious looking recipes and great ideas for all stages. I think it would be a great addition out there to anybodies library who wants to keep their diet interesting, that is key to sticking to it..

super powerful book

I found this book clear and concise, with plenty of solid, fact-based information about diet and the food industry in general. It really cuts through all the noise and misinformation out there, which discusses different types of food, including common food myths about them, was especially informative.

The best book I have read about eating for health!

The organization of the book made it very easy to read and you could easily skip to chapters/foods that were more interesting to you. The Pegan Diet is a great way to wrap all the information together. I also liked the fact that the book included recipes that I could easily follow just in case I didn’t know exactly what to eat.
Overall, the book was put together in a way that made it easy and interesting to follow along.

Knowledge.

I love this book

Good guide book.

This is an outstanding book. It gives the reader a beautifully concise summary of the key nutritional concepts that have emerged in the last decade. It’s well organized, easy to read and lays out a very easy to use framework to get started on healthy eating. We’ve been eating this way for a decade and the health benefits are remarkable.

Listen the book before starting.

I really like the book so far. There's a lot of information but it is all easy to read and digest. There's also really easy to follow guidelines/bullet points if you just want to get to the "what should I eat" portion of the book and don't have time to read the rest. All in all, a great guide for healthy eating and living.
