I’ve always heard about the Mediterranean Diet and knew it would be something I’d enjoy but didn’t know how to start or details about it. This book covers everything! Exactly what the Med diet is, all the different yummy foods and their benefits, plus recipes to get you started. Narrator does an excellent job keeping the listener engaged and makes it fun. I've heard a lot about different diets including the Mediterranean diet but never knew more about it until now. This book has convinced me on the benefits of having this diet. A lot of diets don't really seem good to me but this diet is really good. You will be losing weight while living a healthy lifestyle and still enjoying delicious food. So let's get started!
