A delicious path to health

I have always been a huge fan of Mediterranean food, however I never considered turning it into a health diet to maintain a healthy weight and promote well-being. Through this listen, I discovered so many benefits of eating all these foods that I genuinely love. Anti-aging, yummy, healthy and weight-safe food - this totally works for me!

Smart way to lose weight

There are tonnes of books out regarding weight loss, but very few would give you healthy living, good food and weight loss at the same time. Introducing the Mediterranean diet gives you a way of life that gives you the best of every world so you get tasty food and lose weight at the same time.

And what makes this diet special is that you are bidding farewell to bland and tasteless food to one of vegetables, herbs, fish and low meat intake for a much healthier life. So with a 30 day meal plan and many meal types, what's not to like about this book?

Excited To Try This Diet!

The Mediterranean diet gives an easy solution to a hard problem. In most diets it’s hard to find foods that are tasty, nourishing, and inexpensive. So, I was very excited when I learned that with this diet I would not skip out on any of these things. This is a great book for those looking to have a healthier and more balanced diet.

Thinking of changing diet...

I've heard a lot about different diets including the Mediterranean diet but never knew more about it until now. This book has convinced me on the benefits of having this diet. A lot of diets don't really seem good to me but this diet is really good. You will be losing weight while living a healthy lifestyle and still enjoying delicious food. So let's get started!

Awesome Recipe for Weight Loss

The Audible " Mediterranean diet for Beginners" I found to be very comprehensive with lots of Mediterranean diet options to choose and cook. I appreciate the amount of research that has gone into making this audible to provide all the information there in. I will be trying out some of these meals and cannot wait to see the transformation. This book was well written and gives clear benefits of the Mediterranean diet, how to make it your lifestyle, how to plan, and provides super delicious sounding recipes. It has all of the knowledge and tools needed to start a healthier lifestyle today and I appreciated all of the detail. I am starting this diet right after Christmas is over and will be sharing this book with my friends and family. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make a change for the better!

Great value!

Excellent resource! I wanted to try the Mediterranean diet as I've heard so much positive effects and this is the perfect place to start my journey! This book is really filled with great recipes and golden information and I can't wait to try them all out! I really appreciate that the history & science involved are included in this, it just adds to the quality. The narration was well done and presents the content clearly at a great pace that's simple to follow along to. Great job by the author! 5 stars!

Easy to digest (pun intended!)

Great book! I love the idea of healthy eating without compromising on taste. The author does a great job explaining the advantages of eating a Mediterranean diet and making it part of your healthy lifestyle. It also gives some really good tips on how to incorporate it into your life, plan out your meals, and shed some extra weight. It's easy to follow and helpful without overcomplicating things!
