I was so excited to see so much valuable info about gut health, since this is something that's a challenge for me. Increasing fiber and choosing anti-inflammatory foods and learning about their effect in the body was fantastic. I am looking forward to experiencing the changes myself. It's a great book that made me look at things differently.

I thought this was only a meal planning audiobook but it also has a small brain dump section a habit tracker and 3 must get done things. It's perfect to get a lot of info about your day in one section. I do wish it was smaller,
