Helpful book

I have listen to a few other books on this subject and this one does a good job making the diet easy to follow. Everything is covered from the history of the diet, the benefits, how to measure ketones, and macronutrients breakdown. Anyone who is interested in a low carb high-fat diet should give this a listen.
