Easy guidelines

The first chapter was very informative and helped me understand how and why our bodies process the foods we eat. I also found the pantry checklist as well as the chart giving lists of foods that fight inflammation as well as worsen it as an easy guideline.

Best information

This audiobook is full of great information and great recipes. I love this audiobook for the information as well as the large variety of food options. It is helping me identify what foods bother me and what I can keep eating. These recipes won't keep you locked in the kitchen cooking. Lots of time-saving ideas.

The Anti-Inflammatory audio Cookbook opened my eyes to how I can reform my diet to not endure as much inflammation. I am very much happy with this book.

I am very much happy with this book. Its an excellent Anti Inflammatory Diet cookbook for beginners. Recipes are so simple and easy so that beginners can easily follow them. One of my new favorite.

You can taste all sorts of delicious anti-inflammatory dishes and find out why it’s so special with this cookbook. Good anti inflammatory recipes in this book. I am a beginner cook, but also trying to eat in ways that nourish my body without causing unnecessary inflammation. This book had fabulous recipes that my husband and I are enjoying making.
