The recipes look delicious it would just be very difficult to follow the plan as laid out using only these recipes. So overall I feel it is a good book, I would recommend it to someone who simply wants to eat healthier but not if they are truly interested in a ketogenic diet.

One of my new favorite.

You can taste all sorts of delicious anti-inflammatory dishes and find out why it’s so special with this cookbook. Good anti inflammatory recipes in this book. I am a beginner cook, but also trying to eat in ways that nourish my body without causing unnecessary inflammation. This book had fabulous recipes that my husband and I are enjoying making.

I am very much happy with this book. Its an excellent Anti Inflammatory Diet cookbook for beginners. Recipes are so simple and easy so that beginners can easily follow them.
