Absolutely Fabulous

I lost 7 lbs in the first month and continue to lose weight. I am also trying to detox after having my breast implants removed. This is my main detox tool.

Valuable guide

Highly recommended! I love all the charts and love all the different options for keto. Basically everything you need to know about me to and great recipes as well! If I could recommend only one keto book, this would be it.

This is an awesome audiobook

This is my first Keto Diet book or cookbook and I am extremely impressed by it in every way. I definitely recommend it and know that after completely listening to and using it I will be even more impressed.

Everything written in this book makes sense

I can confidently say this book is MUST for those that want to embark on the Keto lifestyle. It contains a ton of information and I highly appreciate the matter in which the information is presented: charts, diagrams, and summaries, etc.

Step by step guideline

Bunches of great information to figure out. Working my way through it gradually. Looks exceptionally accommodating up until this point. More data than another tenderfoot's book I bought. Plans look so great, as well!

This was a great book.

I’ve been eager to reduce for an extended time now, and I’m very happy that I bought this book as I didn’t know that the mixture of Keto and IF could deliver such amazing results! Finally, an answer that basically works!

This audible is one of the best!

I've listened probably all of the books on low carb/keto dieting and the sciences behind them. This is probably one of the best ones out there. Very easy to listen and covers the psychological aspect of dieting. If you're on the fence about the ketogenic diet, I'd say, listen to this book! It will help you make the decision to jump on board.

It explains almost everything you needed

This book is about the ketogenic diet. It shows how the body produces energy, what's ketosis, what's a ketogenic diet, benefits of the ketogenic diet, the keto diet compared to other popular diets, exercise and therefore the ketogenic diet, the way to start and a few ketogenic diet recipes. this is often a really helpful book for all.
