This audible is one of the best!

I've listened probably all of the books on low carb/keto dieting and the sciences behind them. This is probably one of the best ones out there. Very easy to listen and covers the psychological aspect of dieting. If you're on the fence about the ketogenic diet, I'd say, listen to this book! It will help you make the decision to jump on board.

I am still listening to this book. It's a bit deep so I have to stop reading and absorb what I listen. I feel that it would be a good idea for new low carb diets to listen this book first.

Nicely done!

There is wealth of information for a beginner keto dieter like myself. I found most of the information helpful, but was disappointed in the recipes that didn't include any nutritional facts to determine the net carbs.

Excellent presentation.
