Great and sound information

Dawson gives a very understandable and researched based opinion on why and how fasting can play an important part in healthy living. He has made great progress with patients he has worked with that have been cured of their diabetes! Great information on how to get started fasting as well as the history of fasting and how it affects your body.

I’m just starting intermittent fasting and I found this very useful. This audible gives a very complete guide toasting for fixing diabetes. The why a how is well explained. It even addresses the worries you might have and how to dispel them.

Lots of information.

Intermittent Fasting is everything I need! This will sound like a broken record but it is my story so it is worth audio. if we benefited from this book, you can, too! Intermittent Fasting is awesome! Love that book! Great

Gave great information about it!!

I love how easy the recipes are and how easy it is to find the ingredients in a local grocery store or in a natural food store. This audio-book also has useful indexes with a loss of three weeks of shopping and detailed caloric values and links to recipes that do not seem too difficult to make out there.
