Great and sound information

Dawson gives a very understandable and researched based opinion on why and how fasting can play an important part in healthy living. He has made great progress with patients he has worked with that have been cured of their diabetes! Great information on how to get started fasting as well as the history of fasting and how it affects your body.

I’m just starting intermittent fasting and I found this very useful. This audible gives a very complete guide toasting for fixing diabetes. The why a how is well explained. It even addresses the worries you might have and how to dispel them.

Lots of information.

Well Written

Great explanation of Intermittent Fasting

There's a lot of talk about the benefits of Intermittent Fasting these days. This book is a good book to help get to the point of it and does a good job of how to do it. The good starting point for beginners

This book is great at explaining and giving reasonable guidelines and sample plans. Good recipes for when not fasting. I loaned my copy to a friend who was having trouble getting started, and she said this book made all the difference for her.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK!

I am in love with this book. It was given to me to review but wow! It gives so many options for fasting and you can choose whatever plan works with your lifestyle and what you need personally. Each plan gives you a meal plan of sorts and a plan for the week that makes it so easy. If that's not enough you also get some yummy recipes to go with the meal plans. If you’ve been looking to start some type of intermittent fasting but don't know where to start or what to do, you will love this book!!!

Easy, practical recipes

I found this book and it turned out to be a fantastic introduction to the world of intermittent fasting. It explains all the different types of fasts and their benefits. It explains why it’s a good idea to fast and what happens to the body once you do. I like that the book explains why a healthier diet, such as keto, is important when one is fasting, which I like because a lot of people tend to think that just because they fast they can eat whatever they want during their eating windows. I like that this book provides some easy, practical recipes that are well rounded and include the nutritional content as well. All in all, I am very happy with this book and I think it is a well written, and concise introduction to intermittent fasting.
