Here it is a good audiobook! here is a list of pantry staples to have while doing keto as well which was very helpful to me. Every recipe she has on the menu is provided along with extras.

All in all, a good purchase!

I'm not over 50 (but I'm too close for comfort), so I figured this book couldn't hurt. I need to get back to keto, but always have a hard time thinking of new things to eat. This book has it all... meal ideas and recipes, tips for meal prepping and even exercises. All in all, a good purchase!

Great meal prep section

Included is a short section on exercise to go along with the weight loss diet. To me, the most useful information is the meal prepping. It is specific and makes staying in a diet so much easier and it is a time-saver in the long run.
