I got this audiobook on my kindle just for the recipes and in bulk. The audiobook has a few good recipes and it lets you click on the blue links while listening and it takes you right to the recipe.

It reiterates what foods are bad, but gives equally good recommendations to replace these. So it's not just saying you can't eat certain things. It's about eating more of the right ones.
