Excellent Book

This is a really helpful book. I benefited greatly by reading the book. Here is a lot of important information about weight loss. I was very worried about my weight loss relationship. And by following the guidelines of the book, I was able to lose weight. And I am very happy to lose weight.

Helpful book, a good one, I like this book

This book is definitely the best! It talks about everything you need to know about intermittent fasting. There are recipes, the reason for the weight reduction is explained and there are food plans to follow. I enjoyed reading it and the message resonated with me. How to bake Ketogenic goodies

There are several that use coconut flour, ground flaxseed, and other things. The amazing thing is that just because you cannot have bread made from wheat and other grains, does not mean that you cannot have some bread. You can still make bread, muffins, waffles, and breadsticks using other flours like almond flour, coconut flour and flax meal among others.

Overall smart guide

Intermittent fasting is not a diet. Rather than monitoring what you eat, you’ll be monitoring when you eat. When our bodies detect external or inconvenient stressors, even on a cellular level, they make adjustments to avoid or fix them. Love the book great recipes

There is a good variety of bread, muffins, biscuits, waffles, pizza crusts, crackers, and cookies. This is a wonderful book, though if you're looking for traditional bread recipes, it isn't here. We adapt. Overall smart guide for all and I'm satisfied with this book Author.
