This book is fantastic!

This book is fantastic! I had some pancakes this morning and they were delicious, easy to understand and gives you the shopping list and all the tools to really succeed on the keto diet.

HUGE amount of recipes!

Love this cook book! It provides a ton of information about the Keto lifestyle as well as a HUGE amount of recipes! For sure recommend to newbie Keto eaters like myself.

Simple and easy to follow recipes with complex flavor profiles. I enjoyed listening about the author and pleasantly surprised to learn she had the same struggles with autoimmune disease that I have.

Good Expalin about the diet.

All of the recipes are easy and delicious that a person who usually eats microwave dinners can do it! If you want to do the Keto diet, this book will make your life easier. Gives you info about the diet and a long list of foods to eat and foods to avoid.

Excellent overview!

Lots of simple, tasty recipes with ingredients that you probably already have on hand. A lot of the recipes do have more than 5 ingredients, but those are usually salt and pepper, butter. Normal cupboard, fridge items.

Quick to make.

I am so excited to use this recipe book. I just got it, but in going through the recipes, I’m so excited to many of them! Nicely laid out and every recipe looks easy and quick to make. I love seeing the nutritional count for each recipe as well!
