Purchased this cookbook on recommendation from my sister who likes comforting but very healthy food. It is wonderful! I have enjoyed every recipe that we have made out of it. I have added a few of these recipes to our regular weeknight rotation - the zucchini "meatballs", and the sweet potatoes in particular. I reach for this cookbook now as often as I reach for my all time favorites! Well done

Niiice! I like it! Come on! When I was a kid butter was bad, eggs were bad, saturated fats were bad. Now margarine is bad, eggs and butter are fine, red meat is great...Next week who knows what we will be told. With Intermittent Fasting, you learn to not eat because the clock says "Meal Time". For years I ate breakfast because all those "experts" kept saying it was the most important meal of the day. I would routinely eat a meal I didn't even want because I had heard so many times how important it was! Now I wait until I am actually hungry, usually at the usual lunch time, and I feel so much better all morning. Read this book with an open mind, and give Intermittent Fasting a chance. You may discover, as I did, that you feel much better with less food! I also make better choices, because when I am truly hungry anything tastes good! Good book for me! I like it! Well done!

Great cookbook and well built. The pages are thick and glossy, and the photos are amazing. I bet a spill could splatter the pages without damaging the book at all. This cookbook is fabulous and my favorite of all by the author. I am cool

Great cookbook easy to follow recipes. Family favorite is the Intermittent Fasting. I used this several times with my family and also substituted the turkey with venison. Yummy! Cool book!
