very useful

I have heard so much about the keto diet, but didn't understand what it was. So I ordered this book to see what the hype was all about! THIS book did a great job of explaining exactly what it was and how to start! The recipes sound very delicious and not like a dreadful diet at all!

Good introduction

This is a good introduction for people wanting the basics of the ketogenic diet. Inexpensive and a quick listen. It includes a selection of recipes so if those are important to you you’ll want to be ready to take notes or consider purchasing a hard copy.

Very informative!

Great Keto slow cooker cookbook! Delicious recipes, truly keto with nutrients listed. Some recipes require precooking onions, garlic etc but I just throw them in and it comes out great. Highly recommend!

excellent book

I really enjoyed the fact there was such a cultural diversity of recipes. I was then surprised to see the variety of recipes - breakfast, appetizers, veggies and dinners! I have been looking to add to healthy weekday meals and this really fits the bill.
