Some detail - annoyingly repetitive, returned book

I've been looking into intermittent fasting as a way of building a new eating approach.
Was hoping this book would be useful in helping structure that.

I could not get past the constant repetition of content - just wasn't easy to listen to.

I did take away the 18-6 formal approach, which I've implemented before the book.

At the start of the book, it's stated that payment pays for more audio books - I think this is the exact model of the author - has to be valuable though.

You can easily apply it to your life is great.

This book was recommended in an article that I was reading. Started the fasting program and it is working! The info on the benefits of fasting is nothing new, but how he explains this type of fasting that you can easily apply it to your life is great.

Look at that! The book is wonderful! Explained in such a way that anyone can understand the basic science behind intermittent fasting, this book explains it all without the textbook feel. Easy and light enough to listen to in one evening, like I did, and inspiring at the same time.

Man did this guy put a lot of work into this treasure of a book. It is extremely educational, informative, encouraging and factual. I am excited to see what happens in the next few months as I apply his fasting to my life.
