Intermittent fasting can be a very complex diet to apply to your life, however by listening to this audiobook it can really help you to start the intermittent fasting lifestyle today. Another thing that I enjoyed about this audiobook was how well the author laid out and talked about the strategies for either the reader or listener to execute upon.

I love this guide

Great cookbook easy to follow recipes. Family favorite is the Intermittent Fasting. I used this several times with my family and also substituted the turkey with venison. Yummy! Cool book!

Best guide for weigt loss

I really enjoyed this audiobook about intermittent fasting, it turned me into the powers of what intermittent fasting can do for you. The one thing that I loved about this audiobook was when Georgia Bolton explained how to stay consistent with intermittent fasting.
