This book has been a spectacular listen. I have heard much controversial information around females fasting, which led me to extensive research, and I ended up here! I have heard podcasts from other doctors saying that fasting is not good for women at all and this just really didn’t resonate with me, as I have felt the benefits in the past when I used to fast on and off. This book really outlines the times and lengths to fast within the different stages of the menstrual cycle, and I have found it extremely helpful. I have now been taking fasting seriously, along with a calorie deficit, for 4 weeks now and I have dropped 7lbs! And I feel so much more energetic and have more mental clarity. Thanks so much dr mindy!!
