This book seems to be the most realistic and sensible diet book I’ve encountered yet!

I always knew “diets” don’t work. If they did, no one would be overweight because it seems that everyone is dieting. It’s time we all stopped the crazy pursuit of the ideal diet and take look at what really works. An entire culture in the Mediterranean already has a way of eating that supports their population, most of whom are not overweight.

The meal suggestions sound very tasty too!

I highly recommend this guide to the Mediterranean way of eating. IT JUST MAKES SENSE!

There are so many diet books in circulation, but this absolutely stood out to me. It is wonderfully explained, with the author delving into how each food is consumed. The book focuses on wholesome eating and not restrictive dieting, which is a plus in my books. This is well-explored book that puts health above all else, and I love it.
