Fantastic. Enjoy this book.

What a great book this is! Great recipes that makes you drool! I can't wait to try these recipes! The only thing i would suggest is to add the calories of each recipe as well. Great book!

Delicious food recipes.

Easy to follow diet, which I didn't think was possible. I'm healthier than I ever was now there's some great recipes in this book too!. Being on a diet doesn't have to be a drag, it can be fun and delicious!

Good information about a healthy diet and a collection of great recipes. I am a fitness freak and loves to eat healthy.I avoid unhealthy food that tends to slow down the digestive process or add flab to my body. Thus, when I found it, I loved how the writer has put in some tasty and healthy recipes in one book. This is a must-have for all those who love to lead a healthy and disease-free life.

Excellent Book!

Wonderful recipes!

Wonderful recipes! I wish I could say I was following this implicitly, but I'm not- I love her recipes though and she makes things very easy to understand and also uses recipe items that you can purchase at an actual grocery store.

Best book.

I have in the past tried the alkaline diet but have lasped.l do take mineral drops and eat greens. I also take alfalfa tablets. However I eat too much meat and cheese. Your book lays out the principles of alkalizing in a clear way. Thank you so much. This book makes it easy for me to get back on track!

Easy way to understand.

It in an easy to understand way. I have already made some baby steps, and plan to add more alkaline foods and cut down on dairy and way down on sugar!! Great encouragement to get my energy up and my weight down!

It is honest and inspiring.

It is honest and inspiring. In this book it takes you through why we should be mindful of our alkaline vs acidic intake, a list of preferred foods, recipes and simply to ask our-self if what we are about to do or eat is going to bring us closer to our goal. I like that it goes over the different lifestyle diets such as paleo,vegetarian and vegan and how the alkaline way will be similar or different.

This book is full of great recipes. Straight forward information. I have ordered about five cookbooks on anti cancer and alkaline cooking and this book has been the best for me.

simple and super tasty.

I like the way this book is easy to listen. It provides a recipes, lists of foods to eat and a list of foods to stay away from. The book contains empirical data for the reasons to eat an Alkaline diet
