Well written and easy to understand.

Very clearly written. It helped me put together a plan to prevent diabetes. Everyone in my family has Type 2 and I wanted a preventative book. This one did the trick. It outlined the best foods to eat as well as the best daily activities​ and overall lifestyle one needs to maintain to achieve "Guide to Naturally Reverse Diabetes."

Good information, but a stringent diet.

Within 3 weeks A1C dropped 3 points & insulin dosage reduced. This is the first treatment that worked for me. Thank goodness for a solution to a hard disease to manage.

Life Changing book.

This book is giving me the vision I need to understand and implement a complete change in my eating and my family's eating. From cheese, meat, sugar, and processed foods to green leaves, beans, veggies, nut, seeds, and fruit. This is a major step for me.

Loved the book

Loved the book... if only I could get my diabetic father to read it. I even bought him the audible and still nothing. Should be required reading for everyone when they test pre-diabetic or diabetic. I don't understand why so many people take medicine and keep eating crap when they can solve their health problems through diet.

It explains the trappings and perils.

Quite simply - this book is changing my life. I am making little changes to may eating habits everyday. I never thought I would say that, but may I am just at a point in my life where I am ready for change? This book basically suggest becoming a vegan; it's that simple. It explains the trappings and perils of being on insulin - which would make any one want to leave insulin alone for good. I hate being diabetic. Wish me luck.

Recommended for everyone.

I read Eat to Live in this book, and found that this one takes everything farther and is a good eating plan to get your body back to health. Good for youth to elders to learn to eat to live before illness sets in as well. I use this program in moderation and when I want a good healing cleanse or boost I eat the first level plan.

This is an important book for all. Diabetes is a popular illness in our time nd breaks down our body quickly. This book brings the nutritional and healing values in our foods and nutrition into awareness and gives us a good path to heal diabetes, high blood pressure, to clear blood and its pathways, and live a healthy life.

Up to date till now.

I really liked the book and have lost weight and feel better. Some things I wonder about are eating grass fed meat, eating butter from grass fed cows, eating organic eggs from free range chickens, and drinking raw milk from grass fed cows. I've read that all of these are good for you as well as olive oil. I wonder if he is up to date on this information.

One can cured his pre diabetes with ease.

Very informative, learning why things are as they are regarding diabetes and also how and why your body uses nutrients is worth the price alone. The meal plan and recipes are like icing on the cake. I've been on a 95% vegetarian diet eating pretty much only recipes in this book.

Diabetes are our family problem.

Being pre-diabetic for a long time and realizing now that is full blown diabetes was like a death sentence for me. I must say that this book has been a lot of help. Being pre diabetic for a long time and realizing now that is full blown diabetes was like a death sentence for me. I just recently started following a plant based diet w this book and so far my blood glucose in the morning are going back to the normal range. Grateful to God first and the info on this book!! Adhering to this diet will indeed lower Type 2 HBS

Since changing my eating plan I have gone from a sugar high of 174 to 118 - that is in a little over a week. In coming days it will go down more. Every diabetes patient should follow this book to be fit.

Might work for some.

I found the smoothies and recipes quite awful, but managed to come up with my own based on the guidelines that were more palatable and in many cases had fewer carbs. Jennifer Louissa stresses greens, beans, berries, mushrooms, onions and seeds as a basis for a daily diet that in his mind will eliminate diabetes.

Eat almost every one of her recipes

I love this audiobook. This is easily one of the best keto cookbooks I have purchased. While I am Crock-Pot, I have to cook egg and dairy-free because of food intolerances. It is so refreshing to open a cookbook that doesn’t rely so heavily on eggs and dairy... I can either easily adapt or eat almost every one of her recipes.
