Delicious recipes and enlightening!

I don't have many cookbooks in my digital library, so I appreciate the easy to follow format. This books guides one through an eating plan from shopping list to recipes, while stressing the importance of moving at a comfortable pace and making changes that will be for the long-term. I have a family history of hypertension, and it "woke me up" to the importance of healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle!

Great book! Lots of great recipes.

The Complete DASH Diet for Beginners is a great introduction to the DASH Diet. Each recipe has an ingredient tip or a substitution tip. The recipes are easy to follow, but I would like to see more photos of the finished recipe. I received this book for free from the publisher.

I am loving ti with my heart!

This is one of the best Instant Pot cookbooks on the market. Recipes are terrific and the instructions are clear and precise, also giving variations when applicable. At first, I was not sure if this would be the best audiobook for a beginning Instant Pot user, but working with some of the recipes, they leave nothing to chance, no questions unanswered. An outstanding cookbook.

Great dash diet audiobook.

The other dash diet audiobooks I've bought just ended up being recipe audiobooks which were really annoying. I mean I can find some dash recipes online, but I really wanted to learn about the DIET and not just recipes. This audiobook is kind of the opposite. It’s really all about the diet.

Dash diet cookbook for beginners its great

This is a great starter for someone who is interested in transitioning to healthy eating. One thing that is nice about this cookbook is they explain why they use certain techniques over others, and take the time to explain things that may be unfamiliar within the cuisine.
