Better explanations about DASH diet..

This book provides a very good place to begin and has better explanations that much of the information I found searching online about a good diet for anyone with Dash Diet. In reviewing the book I found that this would work for my Dash Dietdiet, but also for anyone desiring to eat a more nutritious diet.

If you feel high blood pressure, try this book.

Being a patient of high blood pressure I was in search of good diet and I reached to this audible. I listen to it and found it very impressive. All the recipes are very easy to prepare and delicious to eat and it control my high blood pressure as well.

Easy to follow and simple steps.

I have always had bad blood pressure and found it hard to stick to other diets and doctor advice. The fat blasting tips started working and the recipes are delicious.
