Love the drinks!

I'm not much of a clean eater but I bought this book for the drink recipes and I swear they were worth the price alone. An easy to follow protocol for anyone who wants to heal their gut and obtain long lasting health. Excellent book with tasty recipes!

A Counterpoint to the Low Fat Diet.

We’ve had the low fat diet, the low carb diet, the South Beach Diet, the Atkins Diet and others. From current research it seems clear that any diet that insists on not eating one type of food is not going to work for all people. I enjoyed this book. It makes the point that diets need to be individualized and that eating fat is not the real problem.

When you will listen to it you will see this book contains a great deal of information on current research. The author, a fitness coach, explains the current finding in language easy to understand by anyone interested in nutrition. I would recommend this to anyone.

It was, at times, difficult to read without getting lost, because it is so detailed. Nevertheless, the delicacy and the fact that the whole thing said was backed by research and explanations was what made it more believable and trustworthy, in my opinion. I learned a lot from it. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in eating right, without sacrificing good-tasting food and nutrition.

Good fats are actually very necessary.

I thought this book was very interesting and educational. It takes a different method to health and weight loss or control than most other "diet" books do. This book teaches that fat, contrary to popular believe, and does not make you fat. In fact, good fats are actually very necessary in our daily diets.

Fats does not make you actually fat.

I like that the author breaks down the ways the body produces and consumes energy. How this relates to weight and muscle gain. The science of how it all fits together is bridged well with actual solutions with meal plans that people can follow.

Fresh air about health and healing.

I love it! This is most perhaps one of the best book written about how to take charge of your own health. It is such a breath of fresh air about health and healing. No jargon, no pigeonholes, no following any fads... Jennifer Louissa is obviously sharing a deep body of knowledge that took a life time of daily practice to integrate.

The author Jennifer Louissa seems a long time somatic practitioner and integrative health medicine coach and Stephen is a great body-worker and fitness coach. So the experience is coming out here and we all must get this to be fit.

This is loving for every health lover.

Loved the recipes! I learnt things I didn't even know could affect my stomach and so much more on eating the right food to fix my stomach issues. My favorite recipe is the Chicken Stew - thumbs up!!
