I only learned of this diet recently and am happy I got this one to learn more about it. Seems to be right up my alley. this book serves as a good guide for losing massive weight through the alkaline diet. havent heard of this type until i read this book and i personally think its worth a try

Would you consider the audio edition of How to Lose Massive Weight with the Alkaline Diet to be better than the print version?

I am not a great eat eater so I found this book pretty interesting. It is based on eating a diet catered to the acid-alkaline levels in our bodies. It also takes about how important pH is and how our eating habits cause us to be more acidic.
