Simple and easy

I like the simple and straight forward approach. I also like the menus the author has made for each state of body...immunity, thyroid and kidney stones. The recipes that I have tried are very tasty! I would highly recommend this book for all the above reasons

Listening to it is really worth the time.

Listening to it is really worth the time. It’s a diet I’ve never tried before but it seems really interesting to try. It recommends foods for weight loss and headaches and fatigue. It made me realize that I should pay attention to my health more and eating fewer process foods.

I love this book!

This book is for everyone trying to eat healthier and lose unwanted pounds. and the recipes are delicious!!! I can follow this plan without feeling the dreaded diet! This has to be the best diet book I've ever purchased. I love this book!

This book is a great resource



This book is a great resource if you want to understand a plant based way of eating. I learned so much. Listening this book really gives foods and how foods effect your body. It is very enlightening. Learn the good, the bad, and the ugly of the foods that are too convenient to buy in grocery stores. You can also enjoy some yummy recipes! I really enjoy, and appreciate the information in this book!
