This was the perfect book for me to prepare for a fitness program. The author wrote everything in this book I wanted to know about how to work out, how to supplement, or not supplement, how to create a good eating plan and how to keep myself motivated.

I am only halfway through this book but it is easy to listen from the perspective of someone real and how they designed a plan and stuck to it. Very motivational. I feel as if Epic audio this book for me. he gives practical, helpful advice without being preachy. And by chronicling her journey, has given me hope that I will succeed in changing my eating habits, and enable me to finally lose this excess weight.
