dreadful narration

I couldn't concentrate on the content of this book as it was so poorly narrated.

Not worth the time

Poorly narrated, very little on how to apply CBT and more on explanation of what each issue is. Very disappointed and will be returning book

self indulgent and lacking takeaways!

I've given up after getting half way through the book. all I've heard upto now is how great the author is and what CBT is and how wonderful it is. I think it could almost create world peace!! it lacks any substantial take away upto this point amd I'm bored!
