Acknowledging learning audiobook.

If you want to end your anxiety or depression this audiobook is very helpful to work through a lot of your anxiety or depression. My therapist recommended it and we are going through one section at a time. Highly recommended!

I liked it. I have been going through CBT

I liked it. I have been going through CBT to deal with some anxiety and this gave me a greater understanding of why we do certain activities and exercises certain ways and it really has helped me get the most of my sessions.
