Perfect Guidebook!

It is one of the best audiobook so far. Loved it! I was so worried about my health issues and tried many remedies but didn't even give a thoight that food can help me in healing my health issues. Thanks to the author for enlightening the great and useful information. I will surely follow the instructions and change my diet accordingly. I must say that healthy food is what keeps your mood and attitude positive. Highly recommended!

Quit Dieting and Put Away the Meds

I loved this book because of it's natural approach to health and weight loss. So many fads and diets come and go, and usually the results do not last. But when you have a good understanding of what consists of healthy foods, you know what you should be avoiding and what you should be taking in. Excited to start some of the things talked about

I found the audiobook to be interesting, and I am excited to start some of the things talked about in it. My daughter is very much into healthy eating and has not eaten processed foods in some time. She claims that it makes all the difference in the world. I am middle-aged, and for the past few years, I have noticed that I don't feel as energetic or as happy as I used to be. I am committed to trying the ideas in the book, especially significantly adjusting the meals I eat. One of the aspects of the book that was fascinating was that depressive thoughts can accompany a prolonged non-whole food-based diet.

Healing guts

As someone who has had a bowel resection, diet and health matter a lot. This book is a gem for all the great info and resources. Very relatable and easily implemented. I am thrilled to be able to use these tools by the author to get a whole new lease on my gut!
