I found this audiobook very relatable, and it gave me hope. Realistically I am not going to give up my comfort foods, and even if I did, I would be miserable. The author acknowledges this and gives GREAT tips and strategies on how to incorporate these sorts of foods into a healthy diet by balancing them with other foods and decreasing the frequency. She shares personal stories that are very relatable and helpful. This is a great listen, and it seems very achievable!

If your looking for a long term plan to loss weight this is the book for you. I love that this book covers what causes us to overeat and how we can take responsibility for what we put in our bodies. Lastly this audiobook had plenty of useful information and did not feel rushed
