Cool information!

This is a,very easy to read ,with an eating plan for each day of week. After each plan are the recipes for the dishes recommended .All are mouth watering meals I really enjoy this type of food so I know I won't find it hard to follow. There is a nutritional chart and calorie chart. If you want to be healthy I believe this way of eating is the way to go. A very uncomplicated book to follow. Buy it!

I really enjoyed

The recipes look really good. I only issue that see is that he uses canola oil some reci0es use olive oil an say it s optional so I will have to tweak it a bit I tried to eat oil free but either way I’m looking forward to these recipes.

I wish I would of had this book before my ...

I wish I would of had this book before my mom passed. We would of made sure she had a plant base diet for her feeding tube:) Knowledge is power!!!

Love the way everything is easy to follow, especially when you have kids calling upon you 24/7. Found everything at my local grocery store for most of the recipes in this wonderful book.

Highly recommend this book!

I've loved this book and all it has to offer - so many of the recipes have become apart of our regular rotation for dinners....even pleasing my pickiest of eaters! Love her muffins, nutritional smoothies and chili to name a few!

I love this book!

I like this book

Beautiful photos of each recipe will convince you to try it. Most of the more rare health food ingredients can be purchased through Amazon if your local grocery store doesn't carry it. I am so happy I bought this book! I am eating new things and love the principle of JERF....just eat real food. Cool to read it! Thanks

Nice audi book Plant-Based Diet! Easy to follow recipes. Delicious! I tend to make the same meats in my Plant-Based Diet, but this Beginner's with its delicious recipes has given me the courage to do whole meals!

This book is for everyone trying to eat healthier and lose the unwanted pounds...and the recipes are delicious!!! I can follow this plan without feeling the dreaded DIET!!!This has to be the best diet/cookbook I've ever purchased, nice one.

Wow!! Excellent read. Love this book and the info from a Dr who provides needed info on how the body reacts. I have general knowledge in this area, but she has helped me bring it to a new level. Very fine The Beginner's Guide to a Plant-Based Diet!

Nice

This is more than just a cookbook for your instant pot. Highly recommend this for anyone needing a start to lose weight or for starting a healthy whole food regimen. Good to read this everyday! Nice audio
