INCREDIBLY HELPFUL SECRET!

What a fantastic book for those of us who want to improve our health in the coming year! The author explains the tips and tricks one might utilise to permanently lose weight. The advice provided in this book is straightforward but extremely useful, as well as simple to apply. I've always had the misconception that eating salads all the time is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Salads, as the author says, can be very difficult to digest. Balance and maintaining the most natural state of things are ultimately what matter. Will undoubtedly begin putting these habits into practise in the coming year!

Such a Great Resource

I highly recommend this book! The author has done a great job from beginning to end. The changes mentioned in this book are easy to implement and add more flavor to your food. For instance, removing substitutes from your diet (artificial sweeteners) and adding spices to your diet are great ideas to bring out the natural goodness within the food you ingest. This book provides a clear understanding of weight control from the perspective of the Chinese and their dietary habits. Daily habits are easy to adjust and using this book: one day at a time, one spice, one removal of artificiality and the pounds will remove themselves. This is a must listen!

Helpful information!!

If you’re obsessed with living a healthy lifestyle, this is the audiobook for you!! We, in the western country, don’t put too much thought of what’s we’re consuming. Even if we are eating healthy. The author brings awareness of what type of foods and drinks thar we are consuming and how it’s different from the Asian culture in ways that’s easy to understand! This is a must have!!

I always wondered how the Chinese managed it...

I LOVE Chinese food. I always wondered what it would be like to grow up in a Chinese culture with its food. I always admired how they were able to be so healthy, thin, and live a long life. Well, it certainly wasn't because of the fast food version of Chinese food. I just taught my self this past year about SEVERAL different types of hot teas. I like tofu, and think I can put this diet to work for me. Excited to put it into motion.

Now I know why the Chinese are so healthy!

When we think of Chinese food, we think of Chinese takeaway. But that's just another kind of fast food and NOT what the Chinese eat at home. This audiobook breaks down in a clear way all of the food "hacks" that the Chinese use to keep healthy and their weight under control. I like how the author broke down the chapters into habits that you can start implementing daily. I encourage anyone interested in weight loss to give this book a listen. Highly recommend it!

Amazing book!

I always think Chinese food is oily, greasy, and fatty food, never thought that the traditional eating habit in China like drinking hot tea, eating tofu and fish could reduce your Weight.
It is good to know that a Spicy food can lose weight too. The author has in- depth researched the topic and well done. I really love this book if you want to lose weight without exercise, then this is a good resource for you.

Habits are Important for your Weight Loss Journey.

My children made me notice that I was gaining weight due to my eating habits like eating too much food, not eating timely, etc. This book helped me in making my eating habits. I tried to follow as many habits as I could (Because I couldn't adopt all 21 habits at the same time, so I thought to take baby steps).

The author has done great research on Asian culture and their habits to lose weight. Because of this, I added two wonderful habits to my life. First, Daily walks, and second adding seafood to my plate.

The narrator's voice is very soothing to ears that you can listen and comprehend each and every word clearly. I recommend this book to adults of all ages. It's not difficult to lose weight but to change habits, In order to live life longer and happier without diseases, I think this much is necessary for all of us. Right??

Life-changing weight loss habits

I loved this book. All the habits and tips were simple, straight to the point, and very informative. I think some of the habits are not hard to implement and would help in the weight loss journey.

I tried drinking herbal tea with my diet for a few days and lost 10Ibs in a week. I already see it making a difference in my life by following it consistently.

I liked the narrator's friendly delivery and the way she shared her experience of weight loss. Chinese weight loss method is pretty impressive, and I highly recommend this book.
