I learned so much about plant based foods and the classifications of what makes a person a vegetarian verses, vegan and pescatarian. I also liked how the author explains the plant base eating as a lifestyle of healthy living and not as a temporary diet. I have wanted to go Plant-based for a while now to help me feel better and for my digestion. Having heard so much about it and wanting to do it but not knowing where to start! This book has given me everything I need to know and what to do. With loads of info and practical tips. I’m making a difference and my body is responding and I have reduced my problems considerably. And lots of great recipe ideas to still make your favorite meals with swaps to make them plant-based too!
