As an aspiring gardener with very little outdoor space, this book gave me a much-needed boost of inspiration. For years I've dreamed of growing my own food but doubted my tiny and shady backyard could support it. These simple raised bed plans show that it is possible. Reading how the author transformed his garden from bare patches to productive plots renewed my hopes. I also loved reading about the victory gardens in WWII. Now I can't wait for spring!
