Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle

This book was recommended to me by a former nurse. She said it was a great book on the topic of intermittent fasting and making it a lifestyle. She was correct! This book had so much information and like the title says, this can be a lifestyle. No expensive diet plan! Not restrictive! Learn how to life an IF lifestyle with this resource!

Life changing book!

Individually, we need to take control of our health. I believe this book is a great start for many that seek a lifestyle change in regards to their eating. No products, no counting calories, no giving up on everything you love to eat and it'll actually save you money!

Life Changing!

I stumbled across Gin and Melanie's podcast. I'm so grateful for that moment and for these ladies. I cannot wait to see what's in store for my future of clean fasting with OMAD. So far, so good! I'm down 7 lbs and I feel free because I can really eat what I want! I simply Delay, and I don't deny!

Excellent and revealing book!

Great practical book! If you are interested in understanding more of the science and history of modern obesity, I would also.recommend . I listen both in a little less than two weeks, and wish that I had listen them sooner. He clearly lays out the research that proves things I had always instinctively believed, but that "conventional wisdom" decried. I'm excited to go deeper in my own experience.

This book will explain the various intermittent fasting protocols that you can follow and would also explain the way in which you can incorporate those fasting protocols in your life. It will also help you in choosing the best way of intermittent fasting that suits your way of life. This book will explain the tips that can help you in getting the most from your intermittent fasting routine. It will highlight all the important steps that you must take to ensure that your fat loss goals are met and you are able to lead a healthy life. Everything I found inside the book is very much well explained and attached with tips and instructions to follow on everyday life. Although I already know about intermittent fasting I really appreciate that the author has provided instruction for beginners as I like to know if what I am doing perfectly suits with the plan of the strategies of this author too. Definitely a recommendation.

The info on the benefits of fasting

It describes the mechanisms of action of fasting in the body, various methods of fasting, the effect of fasting on cancer and diabetes, activation of the immune system, lowering cholesterol and triglycerides, anti-inflammatory effect of fasting, increasing muscle mass, keto recipes for intermittent fasting. This text also offers support to pregnant women who want to look out for the INTERMITTENT FASTING, providing useful and easily implemented advice. There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful book.

This is a great starter book for anyone interested in learning about the irregular fasting way of life. I anticipate applying this adjustment in my life. It was agreeable to peruse this book. Great Book !!

Initially the author explains what is the intermittent fasting, differentiating between the different types: 5/2 ; 16/8. Then he goes into a lot of detail, making clear the science behind the fasting process. The chapter on autophagy is excellent, and it shows how this diet is complex and cannot be done by everyone. Not everyone can fast for a long time (because of diabetes like me) or because of hormonal or metabolic disorders. This text also gives many tips to these individuals, who want to start this new diet. It is always useful to be checked by a doctor before starting it, as the author also explains. I am very satisfied with this purchase and thanks to it and my doctor I can finally start losing weight.

Love this manual

Many of them were, however, devoid of content, they just talked in a generic way about the stages of the diet, without helping you to choose the best one for you. Or they were rich in scientific facts, but they had no food plan or recipe. This book is definitely the best! It talks about everything you need to know about intermittent fasting. There are recipes, the reason for the weight reduction is explained and there are food plans to follow. In addition, there are lots of tips that the author offers and that everyone can follow to have a better lifestyle. Many of them can be implemented in everyday life, regardless of the work you do or the activity you do. Thank you Miss Flores for this fantastic and complete book!

Good book

This book was very helpful Intermittent Fasting for Women! Good information packed into short and sweet easy to understand. I am a fan of intermittent fasting and recently started using this method the last couple months to drop weight. This was an excellent and informative intermittent fasting book for the women. Who want to loss there weight, this book was a perfect guide for her. The author write this book so easy way that anyone understand it so quickly. I recommended this book to my friend!

Only Diet that Works!

OMAD has changed my life!! I've never felt better. I started with intermittent fasting then learned about OMAD. Already Down 106 lbs, hoping to lose another 90. I hope everyone is reaching their health/fitness goals this year. 2019 is our year, people.

A friend suggested me to look through this book and share what i think, i think this book is excellent, it's pleasant for ears and explained the hardcore Omad that already worked for me. This book also presented some new and updated strategies i suggest everyone to follow.

Must need for Anyone who Wants to Lose Weight

Author has explain the key to the fountain of youth. This is a life style, not a diet. I went from a size 12 to a size 6 in five weeks and never felt deprived. There are so many additional health benefits that this program offers. This is a must read if you are serious about getting healthy.

Nice One

The book itself is an accessible, well-researched, motivational explaination of intermittent fasting. She goes over different patterns and best practices; this isn't one size fits all! Gin shares what worked for her and what has worked for others. She covers things that trip people up and offers solutions that *thousands* of people have tried and found success with. If you want some extra science with your southern charm, she has a great bibliography. To be clear, you don't have to spend a penny to intermittent fast. That's free. Why buy the book? Because you'll have questions and there's a lot of bad advice out there! Here, you're getting insights from a real person who knows her stuff.

Great book! Is helping me get over food

Great diet

This book reads easily. It's interesting and I've started the diet for about two weeks. I don't have any great results to share yet, but I'm trying it as a lifestyle (as it is meant to be) not a short-term diet. I feel it is very well written and easy to follow. I'm still coming to terms with being able to eat ANYTHING within your eating window of time. I'm sure I started out overdoing that, but getting a better handle. To me, this is a simple approach that makes a lot of sense.

SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE

My neighbor had just read this book and was experiencing very good results so I purchased it on my Kindle. I am doing my 5th 24 hour fast today over a period of three weeks. While my weight is dropping at about two pounds per week I am seeing other benefits that are equally impressive. Both my fasting blood sugar and my blood pressure are dropping toward normal levels. Being a senior citizen, I have tried many "diets" through the years but maintaining a rigid eating protocol for a period of weeks or months is not my forte. I am finding it easier to not eat during short fast than to adhere to a strict eating schedule every day. This book offers a method to get back on track even if one has failed with other calorie reducing endeavors. And you never have to go an entire day without eating.

loved it.

Just bought this book, loved it. I'm starting to apply some of the key points already, as a cronic dieter, it almost takes some "unlearning". By that I mean etting go of all the dietary tip and tricks, excluding food groups, and food fear. It's so simply simply it's easy to want to make it complicated, because that's how losing weight usually is and we have become accustomed to that. I'm going to hide my scale for 2 months, follow Brads teachings, and post an update in two months on not only weight loss, but also ease, likes and dislikes.

Once-in-a-lifetime diet book.

What a common sense approach to weight loss. I learn this in about two hours and I appreciate the authors ability to explain the science behind his approach while still speaking laymen. Honestly as I read I kept waiting for the catch. But, there’s no catch. No miracle, no quick fix. I have just finished my first 24 hour fast and it was painless. I can create no excuse why this program isn’t 100 percent doable. Now we’ll see how well this works.
