This book is well-written and packed full of info. From the cover, I thought it was more of a weight loss book and "get fit" book, but it does a deep dive in to body processes, hormone imbalance, insulin resistance/type II Diabetes, and more. I recommend this book for any woman wanting to know more about how her body is functioning and how to maximize body processes for health. A long but easy listen.

This book is great. it teaches us that not only is it important to eat healthily for weight loss but also for many other reasons. There are some great evidence-based facts in the book and the author has done a really good job of researching the subject so she can help you. it has some great practical advice that I have already started to implement.

Got this audio guide for my wife but it ended up helping both of us get into perfect shape. This book took both of us all the way in dieting and showing us the new way to keeping our amazing new bodies in shape. This audiobook has shown me to resolve any gut and weight problems concerns. I finally got rid of refined carbs and sugar cravings; this has had a massive impact on my life because I think most people try to get rid of that, but it is so difficult. So, I recommend trying this simple diet, and you will have the results that I have. The changes in your body will be massive.

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook because it was so informative and you feel like Triya is right there with you as you are trying to put the pieces together to lose weight. She does a great job at coming down to the readers level and mention some of the things that caused her to miss out on the results she wanted just like most people normally do you don’t have the better know how. Then she goes through all the different foods and techniques of how to achieve weight loss. I honestly think I need to listen to the book again to grasp everything. That’s how thorough it is! This is a great audiobook and I recommend it to anyone who is trying to lose weight.
