WOW

WOW, what a brilliant audiobook, starting off with the audio quality; it must be the best quality i have heard from an audiobook in a long time. Then as for the information inside it is crazy good, the author did a cracking job on making sure it is understandable for anybody who interested in starting intermittent fasting.

Highly recommend

This is the best audiobook for learning about intermittent fasting in my opinion, i strongly believe by following the teachings inside of this audiobook it can get you to your ideal body in no time.

Complete eye opener

This audiobook opened my eyes to the world of intermittent fasting completely, I currently undertake the Ketogenic diet, and as the author says combining the Ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting together can turn you into a fat burning machine.

Full of golden nuggets

What an outstanding book it is a pure gold mine, the author teaches many new and up to date techniques that you can apply in 2019 for making intermittent fasting hell of a lot easier. Without having to go through the problems of cravings and hunger.

This audiobook had such an impact on me that i have just started intermittent fasting as i write this review, the author Georgia Bolton discusses a lot of great quality content to do with intermittent fasting that i can guarantee will make you give fasting a shot.

Best dieting author

What an amazing book, Georgia Bolton really pulled the rabbit out of the hat on this one everybody. The first three chapter explain to you what intermittent fasting is, how it will change your life and how you can apply it to you life whether you travel, a full time mom or are bust at work. Then she goes into the best in-depth strategies about intermittent fasting and how you can become prepared for faults that may occur. Overall this audiobook is brilliant and i cannot recommend it anymore for beginners.

Top quality content

I really enjoyed this audiobook about intermittent fasting, it tuned me in to the powers of what intermittent fasting can do for you. The one thing that i loved about this audiobook was when Georgia Bolton explained how to stay consistent with intermittent fasting.

Best book for weight loss

This book is the best book for someone who is trying to lose weight, the author does a great job on making sure the reader is well educated about intermittent fasting to their fullest. By the reader being well educated around this they will be able to properly format their lifestyle around intermittent fasting in comfortable manner.

Intermittent fasting can be a very complex diet to apply to your life, however by listening to this audiobook it can really help you to start the intermittent fasting lifestyle today.
