Such a great book from cover to cover, full of information in an easy to digest format (pardon the pun) 😉 I have learnt so much and now understand how to effectively tackle long term weight loss. I really enjoyed the style of the book where humor and common sense prevail, whilst learning so much about the human body. Its given me the confidence to fast and also take note of what grandma would of told me...also common sense, so often overlooked in the minefield of trying to get a consensus of how to loose weight. Thanks so much, this book is a gem and the best source of information I've ever read....also a big thanks to my friend Dan for recommending it...I will be listening again shortly and starting my journey to a healthier life 👍

Enlightening
Light bulb moments
You will most likely need to listen to this more than once as there is a great deal to take in.
I have struggled with weight all of my life and I loose and then regain as a yo yo.
Since listening I have started
intermittent fasting (IF) and drinking water on wakening. Stopped drinking my daily 7up zero and copious lime cordials (weekends allow one) and now looking more at my own diet in baby steps, no potatoes except once a week and feeling much better so far! Don’t hesitate to purchase

Since listening to this book and incorporating its advice I have lost over a stone with a steady weekly loss and no plateau. I am way too lazy to read diet books and to calorie count but it’s easy to take basic rules from this book (like fasting twice a week and giving up refined sugars (mostly!)) and then eat pretty normally the rest of the time. I found the book really interesting and the science makes a lot of sense. So much so that it motivated me to make a lot of changes to how I eat. Highly recommended listen.

Quite a lot to take in, so a hard copy might be wise but the theory is useful and it is easy to agree with the guidence. It does allow better understanding of how we gain and lose weight. Insightful.
