Convincing audio piece!!!

Got to give this audiobook the credit. Suitable for beginners like me who wants to start cutting out sugar. The discussion has been that convincing and finding out how it’s one of the major reasons why we have those life-threatening diseases gave me enough reasons to go with the plan.

`The book came in very handy.

I listened to this while having my daily workout. Surprisingly, it kept me motivated to change my diet and lifestyle. Plus, don’t want to end up like my mom-in-law diagnosed with diabetes 2, so this book came in handy.

I couldn't ask for more.

I haven’t reach 10 days yet but I am already beginning to feel amazing. This book is different from others because it does not promote extremely restricted eating. There are alternatives given, so we can still satisfy our sweet cravings but still lead a healthy lifestyle.
