This is the audible I needed to listen to. I haven't done yoga in years and it has reminded me of why I enjoy yoga. It's not a comprehensive audible on all the different types of yoga practice, but it gives you the basics which apply to all forms of yoga. Also, I loved the beginner exercises, which refreshed my memory, and were well written with instructions and photos, focusing on form, which is where a lot of people struggle Thanks for listening to this audible!

I'm a particular eater and am finding I don't like a lot of the fixings, like anchovies, wheat pasta, (blikk!) escapades, and palmetto olives, so that takes out one more round of food sources I won't add.

If you essentially have any desire to figure out how to prepare Mediterranean dinner, this book has a ton of recipes for quite some time and extra following multi-week. A decent determination and great begin to attempt to cook a genuinely new thing for yourselves or loved ones.
