To be honest, I'd accepted it until I came across this book. I've started to implement something new one week at a time and can feel my body being more energized and even balanced? if that makes sense.

I've used intermittent fasting in the past to help with weight loss so it was wonderful to hear how the process can help reduce the symptoms of perimenopause. They then go into detail about the keto and Mediterranean diets as catalysts to assisting in fat loss and additional improvement of perimenopause symptoms. I personally lean towards the Mediterranean diet since I've already made effort to adjust my eating habits around that one.... and I've historically crashed with the keto diet in the past.
I've never combined fasting with either diet so I'm eager to gently modify my routine to incorporate both! The advice on exercise was also excellent!
Every suggestion was tempered with advice to communicate with your Healthcare provider, I was glad to see.
Overall, this was an excellent read/listen and I'll be referencing this one often. Highly recommended!
