Is your child dealing with anxiety? If so, I highly recommend "Conquering Teen Anxiety." This book is essential reading for teenagers and adults alike who struggle with anxiety. It offers valuable advice on how to overcome anxiety and enjoy life to the fullest. I found the practical tips and techniques provided by the author extremely helpful. The author does an excellent job of simplifying complex concepts, making them easy to understand. Additionally, the narrator did an excellent job of delivering the content. With two kids of my own, I saw firsthand the anxiety and stress felt starting in middle school. Sometimes it was writing projects, friends or just a messy room that would eliminate their ability to make a decision, distance them from everyone or other harmful patterns. This author does a great job connecting with its readers, and it obvious has a deep desire to help. If you feel you may be suffering from CBT, this book helps you understand your feelings and provides practical strategies to overcome anxiety.

My daughter is 19 and suffers from both an eating disorder and anxiety. She won;t listen to anything I say, and I'm not qualified either, so this book was a godsend for both of us. This way she gets great advice from someone who isn't her father, and I got to understand her condition and anxieties much more. The techniques in the book were really useful. Thoroughly recommend.
