Now this is the right book for women to balance their lives. Useful info

My wife wanted to find information on how she could find more energy, as she has tried pretty much everything but so far hasn't found anything to be particularly useful......until she found this audiobook. Full of great insights into how hormones impact pretty much everything but also how to implement useful strategies to get the most out of life. Her favourite chapter was Assessing your lifestyle as it really gave her some introspection about where she was currently and the rest of the chapters held her hand through the process of balancing hormones to improve her energy, mental mood and everything else! Highly recommended.
