Works best!

This book makes you think about what you are putting in your body and recipes to make better food choices instead of process foods. Some of the recipes sound good and others not so good to me so this book you should find which ones you like and stick with them.

This is new for me but I like this book!

This book is extremely elegantly composed by the writer and I prescribe this book to every one of you all and alkaline Diet does not contradict any particular foods, but I was wrong, all the ingredients that are used are simple, and the recipes are clear and if you want to cook delicious and healthy then you have to buy this book.

Supper book...

Such a large number of good plans, a great deal of data on basic sustenance and cooking. I would suggest for anyone, who needs to add more vegetable dishes to their diet. I purchased 1 duplicate for my home and another for my in-laws. Great plans however not all fixings considered alkaline. So straightforward and an incredible method to begin your adventure to smart dieting.

Simple yet delicious

I love this cookbook! I wanted simple healthy meals for my husband and me, and each recipe I tried was easy to make and delicious. The short ingredient lists make shopping so much easier and quicker. The only con I have towards this cookbook is its lack of pictures. I would love to see what each dish looks like before I make it.

A really good one

This book is a really good one. It is great to have recipes and ideas simplified so amazingly. Everything I have tried came out delicious, I really do cook a lot and this book still gave me lots of new ideas and made me want to cook some more. I highly recommend it if you want simple, fresh, healthy food on your plate every day.

Brilliant book.

This book truly breaks with the stigma of BPD. it shows the people with this disorder in a compassionate caring way and provides people who are close to such a person with understanding and tools to cope and help their loved one. I would really recommend this book to anyone even people who never come across a person with BPD. About compassion, understanding and helping people with BPD rather than a warning to run away... finally, on top of brilliant content the narration is very, very good too!

This is an amazing audiobook.

This is an amazing audiobook... cheesy as it sounds it has changed my life!!!! I have changed my eating habits for life and plan to do the detox annually. Having said all that I still enjoy less healthy food now and then as life is about balance.

How refreshing!

I have to admit that I struggled with this audiobook at first before it hit me.....it wasn't at all dumb down. How refreshing! I followed the alkaline diet and, wow, that's IT for me for life! I don't think I'll ever return to my poor eating habits.
