We are all humans - we all need a little help.

This book is very helpful, very easy to read. I appreciate the writing style, feels like you are just having a conversation, makes it easy to follow. I’m sure this book will be a great help to many people! The prose was very digestible and easily relatable. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed by their anxieties. Someone who has actually overcome his anxieties and is now on his way to a happier life brimming with so many possibilities!

This book fills an important niche.

As a psychologist who works with anxiety patients and runs an anxiety hospitalization program I have found this book to be an amazing quick reference for the work we do day in and day out. Even more, the compactness of the book given all it offers makes it small enough to fit In your purse or bag without taking up much room, which allows people to take it with them to read and reflect back on skills when they have a few moments between the business of life. an explain why after reading this. This is something that I will recommend to my yoga clients, and to any friends. There's even a section on eating and sleeping habits, which have a great effect on your brain and your thoughts. You've heard "you are what you eat", but what this book says is "you are what you think.

A Great Tool For Anyone.

I find this book insightful. Not many people understand depression or other mental conditions. For people who suffer these conditions, it is hard to find ways to cope. I myself deal with anxiety and stress. I do not know how to manage my thoughts and feelings well. Coming into this book from the perspective of having Anxiety disorder and Bipolar disorder with a lot of intrusive thoughts, I was worried that my brain would "get in the way" of the work. I found it easy to understand and straight forward. I will be going back and doing a much closer read and spending some time on the lessons to get the most out of this book and the skills presented.

Great resource to fight anxiety.

Great resource. Nice, easy read but filled with education and practical application. This is a must have for anyone looking to explore the connection between Yoga principles and managing anxiety. This book is AMAZING. Apart from its wonderfully hopeful and kind tone, which is extremely unusual, it reduced my anxiety significantly from the very first exercise I attempted, and I woke up the next day feeling more This book was very helpful! Clear, concise, and incredibly interesting!!!

This book helped me so much! I knew about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy before reading it, but didn’t know how to implement it as part of my life. It was written in a clear and concise way that was easy for the average person to understand. I also really enjoyed the step by step exercises to help deal with intrusive thoughts. I really like this book and the suggestions it gives in helping you to change your mindset. I suffer from severe anxiety and reading this has given me a few different ideas and techniques in helping me to identify my obstacles, take better control of my thoughts.

Very easy and fast to listen.

Great book. Opened my eyes to viewing our actions from an evolutionary perspective. To be honest I have minimal anxiety but a keen interest in how it works. I recommend this to anyone that wants a brief insight to what motivates us. I wish I would have read this book years ago! This book helped me have a much better understanding of panic and anxiety disorders This is a great book! Everyone should listen this book !!

If you want to learn to reframe how you approach anxiety this is a great book. Anxiety is a complex issue and one book will rarely solve the issue for a person. This book will teach you how to overcoming anxiety. A great learning book. Author give full stuff for making this book helpful. Very helpful hints.

I just happen to know this amazing author! He has lived his life with anxiety and This is an honest, and insightful look at anxiety. It is written in a warm and casual style reminiscent of a conversation one would have with a friend, but don't let that fool you; it is a brave account of the author's journey and a very helpful tool for those of us also suffering from this disabling condition This is a good workbook if you have anxiety, or if you're a professional mental health worker. I am both. I am a mental health therapist who has also suffered from panic disorder.

Educational and interesting!!!

I am a yoga instructor, a parent, and a person- believe it or not. This book was incredibly insightful. There was so much information that will help me in my business and just in life in general. This book made me realize how much easier it can be to take charge of anxiety and it's symptoms than I had originally thought. The explanation of how you can completely change your thought process when dealing with anxiety is an amazing discovery. This book contains steps and a work book at the end to help you put productive cognitive steps into practice right now.

Exactly what I needed.

I totally like this book. I want to overcome anxiety that's why when i saw this book i grabbed it immediately. I've learned a lot from this book and it really helped me. Fast shipping, product in excellent condition!!!!

I have anxiety and panic attacks and am always looking for ways to help myself control them. I have read a few books about the Buteyko Breathing Method and I knew this book included more information about this method, so I bought it. Since I try and get a lot out of these books, I am reading this one very slowly and taking notes.It is a book about how to stop worrying and quieting your mind.I think I will always use the guidance for right breathing given in this book. A gem. The philosophical ideas in the book are understandable because the practical approach to breathing is so effective.

Engaging, efficient, informative... well done!!!

The Anxiety Audiobook is an excellent resource, especially for friends and family of people suffering from anxiety, specific phobias or disorders. A lot of times people who aren't educated in all of the terminology, psychology and such actually make anxiety worse for people suffering from it because they try to insert logic when the entire point of disorder level anxiety is that it does not respond to reason.If you’re suffering from anxiety, this book will help you out. It gives you a basic understanding of the causes of anxiety.

Wonderful Workbook!!!!

I bought this book because I just started a job and my anxiety was really acting up. When I finally got home from work I couldn't go to sleep for hours. This book was so helpful. By following he guides and tips I've been able to better manage my anxiety. I have to do the WORK, but I’d rather invest my time in it instead of feeling terrible all the time and wasting so many moments of my life because of how bad my anxiety has gotten. I wish I would have found this in previous pregnancies, and I recommend it to all mamas to be and new mamas.

Grateful I found this book!!

Excellent book for those suffering from sensitized nerves. Knowledge is power and this book gives you deep understanding on what has gone wrong. It helps with understanding of how the first fear and second fear are working against you. Recommended reading for me when I started cognitive therapy a couple of years ago. The whole book is helpful but just reading the first few chapters gave me some concrete steps that changed my life immensely

Real solutions for managing anxiety!!!

This book was absolutely great. Being someone who suffers from anxiety, I found a lot of the the techniques to cope with it very helpful. The book discusses learning where the anxiety stems from as being just as important to treating it. I loved learning about the foods that affect the serotonin and dopamine levels in the brain and how they can fluctuate the feelings of anxiety.This book takes a very honest, unbiased look at anxiety disorders.
