This book will change your life!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd been having trouble. It was at times excruciating. Worry worry worry. I also had a panic attack on an airplane. That was tough. I called a couple of therapists which took a lot of effort. One never called me back. The other called back and said they were booked. I needed help. I knew I was feeling typical mom stress and that I tend to be a bit of a worry wart, but I didn't realize just how much anxiety I carry around until I read this book. WOW. I can relate to so many of the personal stories and feelings described in the book.

Helped me tremendously!

I feel this book has given me hope. Hope that I can get my life back on track. I didn't know anxiety was such a self esteem issue. But after learning that I've been making strides in the right direction.very thankful for this book. I have struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember, but after reading You 1 Anxiety 0, I knew I could conquer it. I found it hard to stop listen, because I related to her story and her struggle. Read this book at a very low point in my life. Anxiety and depression were crippling. This book helped me work through many of my issues and I was finally able to seek the help that I needed. a

Insightful and relatable !!!!!!!!

Excellent writing and easy to understand. Anxiety is a condition where one is in a troubled state of nervousness. It is a state of undesirable feelings of fear or uncertainty over the future similar to the feeling of imminent death. Anxiety is very different from fear. Fear refers to a reaction to something that is real or perceived as an immediate threat, but on the other hand, anxiety is an anticipated future threat that may not necessarily be real. I leaned so many effective things from this book. I was actually amazed by seeing how many important suggestions gathered in such a short book.

great book to me,,,,,,,,,

Interestingly, I felt associated with the book. I couldn't put it down. Obviously I'm never going to dispose of my social tension 100%, yet the book offers tips, activities and positive confirmation that oversaw uneasiness. The books additionally gives you data on the best way to develop your fearlessness with the goal that you will probably mingle all the more productively. In spite of the fact that I still frequently get social nervousness I can see myself improving

Best Audio book for Anxiety

I'm already using a number of amazing tools in managing myself as an attorney as well as my fast-growing firm. This book contained practical tips that anyone can adapt where they are now, with a focus on the mindset and habits for excellent work and client service before moving to technology tools (which can only build on the mental foundation).

The Perfect Companion to the First Book !!!!!!!!

I'm a conduit of energy healing, and I truly believe that emotional work is a cruicial component that paramount to anchoring and amplifying a person's healing. Effective advice! Max Hendriksen 's work and techniques have really helped me! It is so refreshing to hear someone else acknowledge that we can't always "just breathe" to fix anxiety. It is empowering to have the tools in my own toolbox, and to know that they've always been there.

Possibly an anxiety CURE !!!!!!!

This book is amazing, everyone should listen it whether they have anxiety or not, as it covers so many aspects of diet, nutrition and supplements. It is very encouraging - rather than berate yourself for not being able to get off sugar, try amino acid support for those cravings - a great paradigm shift away from shame around diet. A great resource for a healthy mind and body.

This is a life-changing book for anxiety sufferers

I'm pretty new to anxiety and have only been having panic attacks in the last year. This past week was the worst of my life, having multiple attacks all through the day and night and not being able to sleep more than a few hours each night. I think this book must be saving lives every day. I ordered it for a loved one who suddenly began having anxiety attacks a few weeks ago, and they were accelerating in severity at a horrible pace.

Excellent book for anxiety

I have been a pretty typical on again off again Course student for the last ten years! Many Course concepts have scared me to the core and I’ve run from it, not ready to accept it. I had the opportunity to hearMax Hendriksen speak on spirituality and concepts from A Course In Max Hendriksen in a small group setting and was drawn to her strong ability to communicate spirituality and how she integrated them into her Daily Life.

Interesting and Actionable

This book is short, listenable, based on proven research, and contains all sorts of easy-to-use checklists. I was surprised to learn how much of what I was doing as a parent was exacerbating (and not helping) our son's anxiety. The CBT approach is very practical and it works. We have a much happier child - and much happier, more relaxed family. This book is a must listen for all parents! Having a child with anxiety can be so overwhelming. This book breaks it all down into manageable steps that can really make a difference in our children's lives.

Possibly an anxiety CURE

I can't say enough great things about this book, it life changing! I've recommended it to several close friends and family. To know that there's specific amino acids that directly affect your anxiety level is game changing! Tryptophan has been a life saver for me - but there's so much information in this book for anyone suffering with anxiety. This book is amazing, everyone should read it whether they have anxiety or not, as it covers so many aspects of diet, nutrition and supplements. It is very encouraging - rather than berate yourself for not being able to get off sugar, try amino acid support for those cravings - a great paradigm shift away from shame around diet

Easy, straightforward techniques !!!!!!

Effective advice! Amy's work and techniques have really helped me! It is so refreshing to hear someone else acknowledge that we can't always "just breathe" to fix anxiety. It is empowering to have the tools in my own toolbox, and to know that they've always been there. I actually did a tapping course with the author and found tapping to be of importance for me in dealing with chronic health issues. Max Hendriksen made tapping really easy and intuitive for me. I then found this book

Definitely recommend ,,,,,,,

This book is very helpful in breaking down complex research into easily understandable explanations. It offers practices that will help anyone suffering from anxiety and depression. I admire how the author uses her own personal stories of hardship to explain how the brain protects itself from trauma and how that impacts us in the long run. The example stories she provides from her years working with clients are also helpful in providing insight for healing.

This is a great book! Even if you don't think you don't suffer from anxiety it gives great coping skills for multiple life situations. The best was helping to get rid of the "guilt" factor. Great as a self awareness tool. Writing about anxiety and personal details can be tough. But a great reference to look back through as you make progress further into the book.
