Very simple, intelligent book on how to end anxiety. Makes perfect sense. I'm sure it is easier said than done but if a person puts the tools into action, anxiety can be overcome.This was a great read with lots of helpful tips to overcome anxiety. I would recommend this to anyone facing an troubles.As expected Joel comes through with a great book on his personal experience how to manage anxiety. this book and learning that anxiety is a much larger issue than what people typically associate with anxiety and that there are subcategories of anxiety that people do not normally associate with it I felt like I had a much more comprehensive understanding of what ways anxiety can present itself in different people lives and how it affects different people in very different ways. I would suggest that anyone who is affected by anxiety or has a family member or friend living with anxiety to read this book, they have left no stone unturned and no question left unanswered. This book could be the last book you need to read to understand anxiety.

As a person who suffers from anxiety, I find this book to be really helpful to me.It is also a workbook so it gives you activities that you can do to relieve anxiety. This book takes a unique look at the relationship between anxiety and grief. Don’t let anxiety keep you one step behind. This book will show you how to face your fears, overcome panic when it happens, and take charge of your anxiety once and for all.

Anxiety or not this book is worth the read. I read this and as I went along it made me see myself and how I can improve the person I am. Well worth to spend a couple of hours (and dollars) on yourself with the help of this insightful book.If you have anxiety, panic attacks or phobias, read this book. It's an eye opener and a complete game changer. It pushed me to re-evaluate the way I eat and to make some serious shifts in my life.
